LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Texas Lutheran sophomore forward Taylor Dydalewicz earned All-American honorable mention honors from DIII News in the organization's final publication of the year. FULL RELEASE

Dydalewicz, the SCAC Player of the Year, earned second team honors from D3hoops to go along with her honors from DIII News. She was a three-time SCAC Player-of-the-Week selection during the regular season while leading Texas Lutheran to the regular season title.

Dydalewicz led the league in scoring, averaging 17.5 points per game, and also averaged 4.9 rebounds and 1.2 steals per contest. She set Texas Lutheran's Division III single-game scoring record with 36 points at Mary Hardin-Baylor on Nov. 22.

Not only a prolific scorer, the junior has been equally efficient – and from every area of the floor. Dydalewicz was ranked eighth in the league in field goal percentage (43.8 percent), third in three-point field goal percentage (39.1 percent) and fourth in free throw percentage (79.5 percent).

The Bulldogs finished the year 16-9 and 11-3 in the SCAC.
