LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - All nine of the SCAC women's volleyball programs continued their 2018 campaigns in week two.
No. 2 Colorado College remains perfect with victories over Minn. Morris, George Fox, Pacific and Pacific Lutheran.
No. 5 Trinity claimed the first conference victory in a 3-0 sweep of Schreiner on Tuesday. On the weekend, Trinity split four matches defeating UT-Tyler and Concrodia but falling to no. 4 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and University of Texas at Dallas. The Tigers fall to 7-2 on the season.
Austin College also went 2-2 on the weekend with wins against Linfield and Sul Ross State on Friday and losses to the East Texas Baptist and McMurry. The Roos now sit 5-3 on the seaon.
In an eight game week for Centenary, the Ladies went 3-5. University of Dallas finished the week with a record of 3-1 and Texas Lutheran, who took a set from no. 4 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, fell to 2-3 in week 2.
Conference volleyball action continues Friday when no. 21 Southwestern visits Dallas and Schreiner, Austin College takes on Texas Lutheran and Trinity faces Centenary.
