LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – League play continued as all seven women's Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference soccer teams were in action on Friday and Sunday.
Tropical storms caused Schreiner University and Southwestern University to postpone their Friday night matchup, while Austin College and Centenary College had to hold off on their home events Sunday afternoon.
Trinity University extended their winning streak to 14 games, posting their 12th and 13th consecutive shutouts this weekend against Southwestern and Texas Lutheran University.
Schreiner held onto the No. 2 spot in the conference rankings, defeating Texas Lutheran in their only conference match up this weekend.
Centenary College remained in contention for the sixth and final spot in the SCAC tournament, defeating the University of Dallas Friday night in the rain.
