LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The SCAC volleyball season continued into week seven with several tough road victories for SCAC programs.
8th-ranked Colorado College (25-2) was handed only their second loss of the season in five sets by #12 Wisconsin-Whitewater at the UW-Oshkosh Tournament. The Tigers were 3-1 on the weekend including a win over #17 Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
14th-ranked Southwestern University (23-2) competed at #10 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and posted a perfect 4-0 on the weekend including a 3-2 victory over their ranked opponent.
Austin College (17-11) went 2-1 on the weekend defeating both Oglethorpe University and Rhodes College, but losing to Hendrix. Trinity University won their only match of the week against Our Lady of the Lake to improve to 16-10.
The University of Dallas fell to 10-14 after a loss to Dallas Christian. Both Schreiner (4-21) and Centenary (4-20) dropped their only matches of the week.
