- Texas Lutheran withstood Austin College's 10-4 run to open up the first set by ending the set on a 21-13 run to win 25-23.
- The Bulldogs raced out to a 17-8 lead in the second set before winning 25-13. Texas Lutheran then took the match with a 25-13 third set victory.
