Centenary Baseball Moves Up to No. 6/8 in National Polls

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - After extending their win streak to 16 games, Centenary College baseball moved up in the national rankings.

The Gents jumped from #15 to No. 8 in the D3Baseball.com rankings, while they moved up to No. 6 in the Collegiate Baseball/American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) poll. Texas Lutheran dropped in the ABCA poll to No. 30, while they continue to receive votes from D3baseball.com.

Centenary continues to dominate offensively, leading the league in nearly every category. The Gents are also leading the nation in batting average (.378), hits (299), runs (260), slugging percentage (.580) and triples (21).

Centenary continues their season over the weekend with a road series in San Antonio, facing off against Trinity University.
