LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference action was in full swing this weekend for men's basketball, with all eight teams competing in league games.
Colorado College got off to a good start, defeating Texas Lutheran University to begin the weekend and finishing with an overtime win over Southwestern University.
Schreiner University also went 2-0 in league play, defeating Austin College and Centenary College. The Gents bounced back from the loss to defeat Trinity Saturday.
Texas Lutheran and Southwestern each recorded wins over the University of Dallas this weekend.
