LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Southwestern University's Ryan Ogden earned a spot on the D3hoops.com Team of the Week after a strong performance in three conference games last week.
Ogden also won the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week award for his performance.
Ogden helped the Pirates to three conference wins last week, beginning with a 17-point win over reigning conference champion Texas Lutheran. The Pirates then posted a pair of double-digit wins over Centenary College and Austin College to close out the week.
Through the three-game span, Ogden averaged 24.0 points on 62.9% shooting from the field. He also shot 66.7% (10-15) from distance and 78.3% from the charity stripe.
The Pirates begin the second half of the conference schedule this week, facing off against Centenary and Austin College once again.
