LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Conference play was in full force this weekend, as the eight SCAC men's soccer teams faced off this week.
Top-ranked Trinity University earned another pair of wins to move to 11-0 and 7-0 in league action. The Tigers defeated Southwestern University and Texas Lutheran University at home.
Colorado College extend their winning streak to five games with wins over Austin College and Centenary College. Austin College fell to the Tigers after defeating the University of Dallas on the road.
Schreiner had an exciting start to the weekend, defeating Texas Lutheran at home in double overtime on Friday night after a bicycle kick by Alan Aviles sent in the game-winner with four seconds remaining. The play earned SportsCenter Top 10 honors, coming in at No. 5 in the nightly countdown.
