SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Trinity University Tigers
senior wide receiver Riley Curry of Sugar Land, Texas (Clements),
will play on Team Stars & Stripes in the Tazón de
Estrellas (Bowl of the Stars) Saturday in Monterrey, Mexico.
Formerly known as the Aztec Bowl, the game pits 50 outstanding football players from the NCAA Division III against the Tec Monterrey All-Stars.
This year's game will be played on the Tec de Monterrey Campus Estado de Mexico. Team members will practice at the Tec Monterrey facility near Mexico City from December 14-18.

The 6-foot, 196-pound Curry is the seventh Tiger to play in the
U.S.-Mexico all-star game.
Curry earned All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference honors for
the fourth consecutive year. This season, Curry snagged 52 passes
for 575 yards and five touchdowns. He is ranked No. 2 in Trinity
career receptions (217), becoming just the second player in Trinity
history to reach the 200-receptions plateau. Curry is fourth in
Tiger receiving yards (2,701) and fifth in touchdown receptions
(25).
The Tigers, led by 20th-year head coach Steve Mohr, completed the
season with a 7-3 record. Trinity went 4-2 in the SCAC, and tied
for third place.
