Southwestern
closed out its season on the road this week, facing SCAC opponents Birmingham-Southern and Sewanee over the weekend. Both contests were against tough competition as SU fell 20-3 on Friday at BSC and 19-6 at Sewanee. The losses mark the end of the Pirates first season with a 1-11 overall record and 1-3 in the SCAC and they have a great base with which to build from in 2011.
