HANNAH REYNA AND VICTORIA MORALES OF SCHREINER UNIVERSITY, have been selected as the SCAC Women’s Doubles Team of the Week for matched played from Monday, March 28 to Sunday, April 3. (SCAC Women's Tennis Weekly Report - Week 9)
Reyna, a sophomore from San Antonio, Texas, and Morales, a junior from Anaheim, Calif., earn an 8-5 win at the top doubles line last week against UMHB to help lift the Mountaineers to a 6-3 team victory. Reyna and Morales have now won three-straight matches at the top doubles line and are 7-3 over their last 10.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Juniors Alli Ziehm and Emma Kesterson of Southwestern picked up an 8-0 victory at the No. 2 doubles line in the team’s impressive 9-0 win over non-conference opponent UMHB last Thursday.
