Men's Basketball - Week 5
It was a light week of SCAC men’s basketball action as just two teams hit the hardwood. Despite just two contests, the SCAC posted a perfect 2-0 record again non-conference foes as Centenary (5-5, 1-1) knocked off Millsaps, 85-45, last Tuesday and Colorado College (4-3, 0-0) defeated Belhaven, 65-60, on Sunday. League play gets back underway on Tuesday as St. Thomas (7-2, 1-1) hosts Centenary and then a full weekend of games tips off Friday as Austin College (5-4, 1-1) travels to take on Trinity (7-0, 2-0), Schreiner (6-3, 2-0) hosts Dallas (3-6, 1-1) and Texas Lutheran (1-8, 0-2) faces Colorado College in the Springs. Player of the Week - Seth Thomas, Centenary College

Women's Basketball - Week 5
Last week, SCAC women’s basketball featured just four contests, as Colorado College (5-3, 0-0) and Schreiner (2-7, 1-1) traveled to Walla Walla, Wash., to take on both Whitman and Whitworth. The two teams combined for a 1-3 record with the Tigers securing the lone win, a 66-44 victory over Whitworth on Friday. The SCAC schedule picks back up again this week, as St. Thomas (2-7, 1-1) hosts Centenary (1-8, 0-2) on Tuesday and then a full weekend of games tips off Friday as Austin College (2-6, 1-1) travels to take on Trinity (6-1, 2-0), Schreiner hosts Dallas (7-3, 2-0) and Texas Lutheran (7-2, 1-1) faces Colorado College in the Springs.
