Cross Country - Week 7
Conference teams wrapped up their final meets prior to the SCAC Championship meet, which is scheduled for Saturday, October 28. Highlights from last weekend included the Colorado College and Trinity University men and women competing at the prestigious Augustana (Ill.) Invitational. Men's Runner of the Week - James Settles, Colorado College

Golf - Week 5
Five of the league's men's teams and four of the league's women's squads were in action this week, with the Southwestern and Trinity men and Trinity women all at the prestigious Golfweek October Classic in Sandestin, Florida. The Southwestern men came in at 21st in the nationally-ranked field while the Trinity women posted a 16th place finish. Other leading performances included the Dallas men posting a fourth-place finish and the St. Thomas women coming in third - both at their respective events at the University of Houston-Victoria Fall Classic. Men's Soccer - Week 7
Through three weeks of conference play, #19 Colorado College sits alone as the league's only unbeaten team (4-0-0, 9-2-1), with #22 Trinity (4-1-0, 9-1-2) trailing by just a single match in the loss column. The two nationally-ranked programs will meet on Friday in Colorado for what could decide the top seed in next month's SCAC tournament in Houston. Three other teams sit at 3-2 in conference play - Southwestern, St. Thomas and #21 Texas Lutheran - with all eyes focused on finishing in the top four and qualifying for the conference tournament. In addition to the CC/TU match on Friday, other teams in action include Texas Lutheran (3-2-0, 12-2-0) visiting Austin College (2-2-1, 7-5-1), Dallas (0-4-1, 1-9-3) visiting Southwestern (3-2-0, 7-2-3) and Centenary (1-3-1, 4-6-3) traveling to St. Thomas (3-2-0, 10-2-1). Women's Soccer - Week 7
Trinity continues to lead after two full weekends of confernece play as the Tigers sit with an umblemished 4-0-0 confernece mark (7-4-2 overall). Dallas is second (3-1-0, 5-7-1) after sweeping a pair of conference matches last weekend and is off to its best start to conference play since 2019. Conference play continues this weekend with four matches on Friday evening: Trinity will play at St. Thomas (0-2-2, 1-3-5), Texas Lutheran (2-1-1, 6-4-4) travels to Austin College (1-1-2, 5-5-3), Southwestern (2-1-1, 5-7-2) plays host to Dallas and Centenary (0-3-1, 1-9-3) travels to Schreiner (0-3-1, 1-9-1). Swimming & Diving - Week 2
Almost the entire league was in the pool over the weekend, with seven of eight men's and women's teams competing, including several intra conference matchups. The McMurry men and women swept a pair of duals against Centenary and the Colorado College men swept a pair from Trinity while the Trinity women returned the favor with two wins over CC. Volleyball - Week 7
Eleventh-ranked Trinity (10-0, 21-3) remained perfect in conference play, picking up victories over St. Thomas, Southwestern and Texas Lutheran over the weekend. Schreiner (6-4, 15-8) continued its climb up the standings as the Mountaineers also posted a perfect weekend with victories over the same trio of Texas Lutheran, St. Thomas and Southwestern. With Trinity, Texas Lutheran (7-3, 17-6), Colorado College (7-4, 11-10), Schreiner and St. Thomas (7-5, 13-9) occupying the top five spots in the standings, the race to make the top six and qualify for the post-season conference tournament is as tight as ever.
