SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The top-seeded Trinity University Tigers set a tournament record for goals in a game, defeating eighth-seeded Schreiner University, 9-0, in Saturday afternoon’s quarterfinal fixture of the 2020-21 SCAC Women’s Soccer Tournament on Paul McGinlay field. - Trinity took a 2-0 lead into the half before adding seven in the second 45 minutes for the 9-0 win.
- TU outshot Schreiner 56-2
- The Tigers also held an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks.
