Greenwood, Ind. – Two Trinity University women's soccer players have been voted to the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District Team.
Senior Lindsey Peng and junior Camryn Beall were both selected to the prestigious team for the first time in their careers. The duo led the 2021 Tiger women's soccer team to a perfect 10-0-0 season, culminating in the program's 24th overall Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship and a number-one ranking in the final United Soccer Coaches Division III national poll.
Peng was also a recipient of the NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship this year and was selected for the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region team. She is a two-time First Team All-SCAC performer and a two-time SCAC Tournament Defensive MVP – including the 2021 season in which she earned both honors.
Beall was named to the 2021 United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America and Scholar All-Region teams. She is a three-time All-SCAC honoree after earning Second Team honors this season, and Beall was also named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region team in 2019.
Trinity is led by Head Coach Dylan Harrison, who completed his fifth season with the Tigers this spring. Harrison has won four SCAC Championships in his career and has led the team to four appearances in the NCAA Playoffs.
