Senior shortstop Elizabeth Preston of Austin College had a big week on the road in Tennessee last week, batting .500 in four appearances, totaling eight hits in 16 at-bats, including two doubles. She also drove in three runs and scored five more, while finishing the weekend with four stolen bases. Junior outfielder Erica Otto of Southwestern went 7-for-19 (.368) at the plate, scored six runs, two stolen bases, one triple and one RBI to lead the Pirates to 3-4 record in non-conference action last week. Senior utility Mallarie Munson of St. Thomas led the Celts to a doubleheader split against George Fox, batting 4-for-8 at the plate with three RBI, one home run, and one run scored. Munson recorded a pair of hits in each game and recorded at least one RBI in each contest. First year designated player Hannah Boudreaux of Trinity led the Tigers to a 2-1 record last week, defeating George Fox and splitting a DH with Lewis & Clark over the weekend. Boudreaux hit .455 (5-for-11) with two runs scored and two RBI for the week, highlighted by a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning to lift Trinity to a 13-12 win over George Fox.
