MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - In the first American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Collegiate Baseball NCAA Division III poll of the 2013 regular season, Trinity University sits at second and Centenary College is 25th.
Trinity, which now stands at 19-4 overall (9-3 in the SCAC) and has won 13 of its last 15 games, is tied for first in the conference standings with Centenary College.
Centenary (15-5 overall), who took two of three games from Trinity two weekends ago, picked up wins in three of its four contests last week, including two of three from conference foe Austin College.
Trinity was 10th in the preseason ABCA poll while Centenary was unranked.
