LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Southwestern University senior outside hitter Rachel Thibodeau was named to the Capital One Academic All-District® women's volleyball first team, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced today.
Thibodeau carries a perfect 4.00 Grade Point Average (GPA) as a psychology major. She was the only Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference student-athlete recognized.
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the Capital One Academic All-America® Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later this month.
