GABI FULK OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a senior from Scottsdale, Ariz., has been selected the SCAC Women’s Diver of the Week for performances during the period spanning Monday, January 9 to Saturday, January 14. It is the second consecutive week she has received the honor. SCAC Swimming & Diving Release (Week 10)
Fulk won the three meter and placed second on the one meter in her senior meet on Saturday against Southwestern. She topped the three meter podium with a score of 264.80. On the one meter board, Fulk was less than five points behind her teammate, scoring 281.25 for second place.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore Macy McPhillips of University of the Ozarks won both the 1 meter five and six dive competitions in the dual against Hendrix. At the Austin College Invitational, she placed first in both the 1 and 3 meter competitions. Her wins pushed the Eagles to a first place finish in the five team competition.
