ANAMARIA GONZALEZ OF UNIVERSITY OF ST. THOMAS, a senior from League City, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for matches played from Monday, March 18 to Sunday, March 24. SCAC Women's Tennis Release (Week 8)
Gonzalez led the charge at line one with a commanding 6-2, 6-0 victory over Texas Lutheran's Lindsay Beville in the Celts' 8-1 victory over the Bulldogs on Saturday.
Gonzalez, the top line starter for the Celts, improved to 3-1 on the season with the victory.
