SUWANEE, Ga. - Hendrix College senior center Nick Heathscott was named to the Capital One Academic All-America® Men's Basketball Team, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
A native of Conway, Ark., Heathscott maintains a 3.96 GPA as a biochemistry/molecular biology major. He was named to the Third-Team.
The 2012 Capital One Academic All-America® Men's Basketball Teams, selected by CoSIDA, have been released to recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.
