The Colorado College women’s lacrosse team added to its legacy of excellence in the classroom by earning the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association's top academic honors for the 2011-12 season.
Those student-athletes were nominated by their schools and have achieved at least junior status academically.
“Having three student-athletes named to the IWLCA Honor Roll is remarkable,” Stuart said. “It’s takes an incredible amount of discipline to balance the rigorous academic challenges of the Block Plan while playing lacrosse at its highest level.”
