TOWSON, Md. - Hendrix College senior forward Duncan Keegan and Colorado College junior defender Kyle Buchwalder were named to the 2011 Capital One Academic All-America® men's soccer teams, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
Keegan highlighted the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference's selections as Keegan earned first-team laurels. The senior from Signal Mountain, Tenn. maintained a perfect 4.00 Grade Point Average (GPA) as a biology major.
Buchwalder was named to the second-team. He carried a near perfect 3.92 GPA as a biochemistry major and is a native of Yellow Springs, Ohio.
