Hughes, a junior from Austin, Texas, and Belitz, a sophomore from Scottsdale, Ariz., led the 15th-ranked Tigers to a 2-1 record against three ranked teams last week, with the only loss coming in a 5-4 decision against top-ranked University of Chicago. Hughes and Belitz went 3-0 as a doubles team at line three over the week, beginning with an 8-7 (7-4) win against Chicago. The duo's 8-3 win against Mary Washington kept the Tigers from getting swept and sparked the team's 6-3 victory.
