ERIN CAPELL OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a sophomore from Colorado Springs, Colo., has been selected the SCAC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week for meets held from Monday, March 6 through Sunday, March 12. SCAC Track & Field Weekly Release - Week 2
Capell won the shot put last Saturday at the Oxy Distance Carnival & Spring Break Classic with a personal-best throw of 35' 2.75". She also finished 13th in the discus at 87' 8".
