HOLDEN PERRY OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a junior from Elk Park, N.C., has been selected the SCAC Men’s Co-Track Athlete of the Week for meets held from Monday, April 15 through Sunday, April 21. SCAC Track & Field Weekly Release - Week 8
Perry shares this week's honor with Bryce McIntyre of University of St. Thomas.
Perry was outstanding last weekend at the Loper Invitational in Kearney, Nebraska. Perry posted a trio of top-10 results, including a pair of individual top-10 efforts. In the 100-meter dash, Perry finished fifth with a personal-best time of 10.86 seconds and then turned in an eighth-place finish in the 200-meters with a time of 22.07. Perry also ran the opening leg of the Tigers’ winning 4x100 meter relay team that posted a time of 42.91.
