GEORGIA MULLINS OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a senior middle hitter from Olathe, Kansas, has been named the SCAC Volleyball Offensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, October 25 through Sunday, October 31. SCAC Volleyball Release (Week 9)

Mullins
posted three double-doubles in four matches to help CC clinch the second seed for this week's SCAC Championship with a 4-0 record. She led the Tigers with 54 kills during the weekend and finished the regular season with 445, which ranks seventh on the program's single-season list. Mullins produced 17 kills in the sweep of Austin College and the five-set victory against Texas Lutheran. With 41 digs in the four matches, she improved her season total to 199, which is more than the total from her first three seasons combined. Mullins also became the sixth Tiger to record 100 or more block assists in a single season and now is fourth on the list with 106. Mullins led the Tigers with 59.5 points per set for an average of 4.25 per set.

Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore outside hitter Tanyse Moehrig-Woodard of Texas Lutheran was an x-factor for the Bulldogs the entire weekend as her 44 kills played a pivotal part in the squad's 3-1 record at the SCAC divisional. She posted 50.50 points over the weekend to average 3.4 per set. Senior outside hitter Annie Rose Leggett of Trinity unleashed a season-high seven service aces in Saturday's opening sweep of Schreiner before posting 12 of her 20 kills on the day in the Tigers' four-set victory over No. 16 Southwestern to capture Trinity's first undefeated season in the SCAC since 2007 and the eighth victory of the 2021 campaign against a nationally-ranked opponent. Leggett's eight aces in Saturday's action has put her in range of Trinity's all-time career aces record before the season's end, needing just 11 aces to eclipse the all-time mark. Junior middle blocker Paige Havel of St. Thomas led the Celts in kills in a pivotal conference weekend, tallying 28 (2.55 per set) in three matches, to help her team lock up the sixth and final berth into the SCAC tournament. Junior outside hitter Emma White of Southwestern led the Pirates with 25 kills through seven sets in two matches on a .250 hitting percentage. She also contributed 14 digs, two block assists, and two service aces.
