Lowe went 2-0 at the No. 2 spot last weekend for the Tigers as she downed Kim Heddes of Division II Metro State, 6-1, 6-4, then beat Victoria Campigotto of Barton Community College, 7-5, 4-1, ret.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Junior Trinity Levy of Trinity led the 11th-ranked Tigers to a 7-0 road win over Hardin-Simmons on Saturday, which was the only action of the week for the team. Levy clinched the match with a 6-1, 6-1 win at line five, putting the team ahead 4-0 at the time, and the Tigers finished off the shutout with three more wins after that.
