ERIKA SYNOSKI AND DARYL LOCKE OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, have been selected as the SCAC Women’s Doubles Team of the Week for matches played from Monday, April 3 to Sunday, April 9. SCAC Women's Tennis Weekly Report - Week 10
Synoski, a sophomore from Dover, Del., and Locke, a first-year from Humble, Texas, swept the duo from Concordia (Tex.), Trinity Klamecki and Claire Austin, 8-0, at the No. 3 line in doubles action on Wednesday.
The 23rd-ranked Pirates were up 2-1 at the end of doubles play and the Synoski and Locke sweep was crucial for the team momentum as Southwestern blew through for wins at all six singles positions en route to the 8-1 victory.
